✅ Self-Care & Professional Identity (October): Burnout prevention, sustainable self-care, and building your professional voice.
✅ Networking November: Weekly guest speakers, panels, and drop-in networking sessions (virtual + in-person).
✅ Reflection & Next Steps (December): Certificates and optional mentorship interest meeting.
